I found this surfing the net for odd food stories to show you.
No words are required to describe it and to be honest it actually made me feel a bit squirmish. It is a large meat cake and looks like a wedding cake - it could surely be served to your most hated vegetarian friend at their wedding
I know, evil, I am highly medicated with the flu from hell at the moment and do not have many nice thoughts going around
Hideous isn't it - it reminds me of the silly meals friends and myself would make when in year 12 at school and dare each other to eat. In the US this has college written all over it.

I can't imagine this thing could be eaten - it must have to be served cold unless you then rewarm the whole thing.

In German there is actually a thing called meatcake as translated from 'Fleischkuechen' -- it's like meat loaf and is actually really nice! Without the icing of course, served with gravy and salad.
