It has been 40 years since the founding of the Summit, located on level 47 of the Australia Square in the city. The revolving dining floor at one metre per minute, the restaurant not only boast one of the best views in Sydney, the quality and service is equally outstanding.
There are two parts to the Summit. Half of the revolving floors contain the restaurant part of the operation and the other, a cocktail bar.
While there is no significant difference from their menu to any other five star restaurant, it is in their dessert menu that I love. Creative souffle and tarts recipes with names already tingles the taste buds, it is definitely worth skipping entrees for.
After dinner, move towards the cocktail bar for some freshly made fruity cocktails or after dinner tea and coffees, the atmosphere is great with the view from the top, I personally prefer this restaurant than say, the Sydney Tower Restaurant.
